The aluminum upper is mounted on a hinge so that it can be placed in a “flat” position when it is not needed. Stainless steel hooks securely hold it in place whether it is in the up or down position.
The base is height and width adjustable so it fits any truck in your fleet if you want to change it out from one truck to another.
